WE ARE PRE-OPERATIONAL AND TALKING TO FOUNDATIONS TO PROVIDE CASH FOR CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE.

I will now mention some scenario's to give you a sample of how the ORGANIZATION could work in your Neighborhoods.

NOTE: When a Neighborhood (NH) decides to become part of J-ATO, NH residents fill out an INITIATION FORM which sets initial basic parameters which are changeable by voting. i.e. how many votes make up a quorum, or how long does a request for a poll remain on the system if unanswered etc. etc.

 HERE are some scenarios:
EVENT: The recent death of Johnny Jones' live-in grandfather, his only adult male figure--
POSSIBLE REACTION: a male resident believes that separation is very hard on children and wants to
offer Johnny some support. He polls the NH to see if others feel the same way and be willing to help..

EVENT: A resident feels the Local NH's need a REC center and wants to see if others feel the same way and if the current dues and cash from NH rebates etc., would support it.
POSSIBLE REACTION: The resident does an intra NH poll to see if others agree and because of the
positive response is able to then do an inter NH poll.

EVENT: the president of the NH association wants to organize a YARD sale
POSSIBLE REACTION: The president sends a response poll to residents for possible dates

EVENT: A resident has decided not to paint or replace shutters and other residents feel like it's not good for property values etc.
POSSIBLE REACTION: Resident takes an anonymous poll to see if others agree

EVENT: A resident wants the association to publish its bank account
POSSIBLE REACTION: A resident polls others to see if they feel the same way

EVENT: Every time a resident comes into his NH home page he is bombarded by interNH polls that they consider a waist of time and they want to prevent certain polling from ever being posted
POSSIBLE REACTION: resident takes a poll to find out if other residents want to restrict certain types
  of interNH polls.

EVENT: The Public Hearing for the prospective zoning change occurring on Main Street near residents houses. Many residents near the change area are worried.
POSSIBLE REACTION: Some residents do joint or individual polls asking if other residents would be
coming to the ZONNING meetings downloaded from the local government WEB SITES.

EVENT: CONGRESSMAN HEARTLAND wants to know if people in his district support a certain BILL with the following line items.
POSSIBLE REACTION: The congressman Places an INTERNH POLITICAL POLL asking for public
response- apposed residents enter an E-debate; opponents are able, under NH rules, to provide data
when the political poll is taken.

EVENT: Delegate Wishbone voted yes on a bill that caused a waste collection facility to be built next to a playground and rec. center. He did not answer an INTERNH POLITICAL INQUIRY poll.
POSSIBLE REACTION: a resident takes an INTERNH POLL asking if others find this acceptable.

EVENT: JAKE AND EMILIA ERHARDT living in the stonelieghville NH are trying to buy some staple clothes for themselves and their children to start school.
POSSIBLE REACTION: They go to their stoneleigville home-page created by JATO and look-up the
items of interest--these include jeans popular in the US between 1996-1998 size 8 for their little girl,
some heavy toed wool sox for Mr. Erhardt, popular from 1950- to the present and some size 12 corduroy slacks for boys popular in the highest-end stores from- 1995 to present. They are able to look at finished product and read unbiased text about each products history, and its material make up.

FINALLY THEY ACCESS THE MANUFACTURER PROFILES WHICH INCLUDES EMPLOYEE INFORMATION (NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES, PAY RATES AND AGES)
AND THE LOCAL ECONOMIC CONDITIONS. They select the Manufacturers of interest and the
items which are delivered by UPS within 7 days.

A reminder: J-ATO policy, finances, software and administration are controlled jointly by Neighborhood residents or proxy (by Vote)to Neighborhood officers.
